  • Applications designed to work with QuickBooks®

    • Canadian Cheque Printing Application for US QuickBooks Enterprise Edition
      This 2008 Canadian Cheque Printing Application is designed to work with the 2007 and 2008 QuickBooks® US Enterprise Edition to print Canadian cheques in the new Canadian Payments Association’s (CPA) Standard 006 format.

    • T5018 Summary Report generator
      A T5018 report must be filed with the CRA, by construction contractors, listing payments made for services by subcontractors in a 12-month reporting period. The customized T5018 Summary Report is approved by the CRA, approval number RC-04-1118. Click here for more information.

    • T4A Statements (slips) and Summary Report generator
      T4A Slips and Summary Report must be filed with the CRA for a number of different payments made to vendors. This application is designed to track and report “Self-Employed Commission” payments (Box 20) and “Other Income” (Box 28) from payments made to vendors.     • eShop interface for QuickBooks®
      This application facilitates the import of web based eShop orders directly into QuickBooks® Sales Orders for processing.


  • Custom Services and Applications

    • EDI and Direct Payments of Payroll and Accounts Payable from QuickBooks® through the Royal Bank RBC A/P Link system as well as other similar systems. This is a project-based service customized to your requirements.

    • Secure on-line download and installation for software sold on the internet, or via e-mail. This easy to use anti-piracy application limits access authorization only to the computer it was originally installed on. Requires the purchase of a VB.net component available from Xinfosystems.


  • Custom Sports Websites

    We design and build custom websites for your sports organization. We can integrate scheduling and stats, registration and credit card processing into your website for a complete system. We also do bulk emailing to your database for notices and newsletters to your organization.
